Return and Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at zhangdi612@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns should be sent to: 149 Canterbury Road, Canterbury NSW 2193, Australia. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

We cannot accept returns on gift cards or final sale items.

If your return is approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
